Showcase your game to thousands of consumers, media, and industry professionals in our dedicated Indie Zone.

This is the official application form for INDIE DEV teams seeking a showcase spot at the Indie Zone for Expo Gamers, happening May 29–30, 2026, in Opatija, Croatia.

🛄 Eligibility Note

We welcome applications from truly independent development teams - meaning your team should be maximum 10 employees.

Once we review your application and confirm eligibility, we will send detailed registration and payment instructions directly to your provided email address.

💻 What We Provide

• Dedicated Setup: One (1) table (2m) with 2-4 chairs, area approx. size of 2,5m x 2,5m.
  
• Standard Equipment: One (1) high-performance PC with peripherals (keyboard, mouse, headset).
  
• Branding: Promotional space on a printed communal backdrop for branded graphic placement (approx. size 1.5m x 1.5m). Final specifications will be communicated to accepted teams.

🕹️ What You Should Bring (Essential & Promotional)

Any specialized gaming equipment (joysticks, controllers, additional headsets, VR gear).

Additional promotional materials (roll-up banners, flyers, unique monitor frames, business cards).

Indie Dev Tickets are available in two streamlined formats to suit your team's needs.

• Walk-In Ticket: Covers the Indie Zone spot and all access benefits listed above.
  
• Package Ticket: Includes the Indie Zone spot, all access benefits, plus a 3-day accommodation package in a 4* hotel in Opatija and airport transfers.
