🎫 Ticketing & Purchase Terms

  • Which platform handles ticket sales?

    All official ticket purchases for Expo Gamers 2026 are processed securely through our partner, CORE EVENTS, acting on behalf of the Organizer.

  • What are the Standard & Student Ticket?

    These tickets are intended for the B2C audience, visiting for fun, experiences and learning.

    This ticket provides access to the Expo Hall, tournaments, the Craft Beer Garden, and the GAMES Track content for both May 29th and 30th.

  • How to get the discounted Student Ticket?

    You may purchase the Student ticket if you are a high school student or a university student. Verification will be done at the entrance (ID card or X-card), and it will not be possible to "add" funds to reach the Standard ticket if you do not qualify.

  • How to get the Indie Dev ticket?

    The Indie Dev Ticket requires a formal registration. You must fill out the INDIE DEV Form on our website. Once your team's eligibility is confirmed, we will send detailed instructions for securing your spot and tickets.

  • Can I get a refund if I can't attend?

    All ticket sales are final. Refunds or exchanges are generally not possible after purchase. We strongly advise reviewing the full Ticket Terms and Conditions on CORE EVENTS before finalizing your order.

  • Where is the event taking place?

    The main expo and conference tracks are held at Marino Cvetković Sports Hall in Opatija, Croatia.

  • Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, Marino Cvetković Hall is fully compliant and accessible for attendees with mobility impairments - an elevator from the garage goes to all floors.

  • Is parking available near the venue?

    Parking is very limited, but there are many options. The venue features a garage (cash only), and public parking is always available close by. The Volosko or City Hall area are 2-5 minutes walking distance.

🎮 Program & Activities

  • Can kids join the event?

    Yes, children are welcome to the event, under strict supervision of an adult. Children under 6 years old have free access.

  • Will there be competitive tournaments?

    Yes, major competitive tournaments are planned for the esports stage. Check the official schedule closer to the event for details and sign-up instructions.

  • Can I pitch my game to investors/publishers?

    Yes. This is a core feature of the B2B program. You must have the appropriate B2B access ticket (Indie Dev, Business or VIP). 

  • Will the content/schedule change?

    The Organizer reserves the right to alter or vary the content, timing, or advertised speakers of any part of the Event due to unforeseen circumstances.

Code of Conduct


This Code of Conduct outlines the standards of behavior expected of all attendees, participants, media, vendors, staff, and guests (collectively, "Participants") at the Expo Gamers 2026 event. Our goal is to maintain a professional, respectful, and enjoyable environment where all individuals feel safe and valued.


By attending Expo Gamers 2026, all Participants agree to abide by this Code of Conduct.

  • I. Core Principles and Expected Behavior

    Expo Gamers 2026 is a platform for community, networking, and celebration of shared interests. We prioritize a positive and welcoming experience for everyone.


    All Participants must:

    • Act with Respect: Treat all fellow Participants, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy, dignity, and respect.
    • Be Inclusive: Refrain from engaging in harassment, discrimination, or derogatory commentary based on appearance, clothing, gender, sexual orientation, disability, race, religion, or any other personal characteristic. All members of our community are welcome.
    • Adhere to Venue Rules: Respect all posted rules and instructions from Expo Gamers staff and security.
    • Be Responsible: Individuals are responsible for their personal property. The Organizer is not liable for theft or damage to personal items.
  • II. Harassment and Safety Policy (Zero Tolerance)

    Expo Gamers strictly prohibits any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or physical assault.


    A. Harassment Defined


    Harassment includes, but is not limited to:

    • Offensive verbal comments (including those related to personal appearance or characteristics).
    • Aggressive, intimidating, or threatening behavior.
    • Stalking or unwanted persistent attention.

    B. Specific Rules for Cosplayers and Costumes


    We require enhanced respect and professionalism toward individuals in costume:

    • Photography Consent: Always ask for explicit permission before taking photographs or video of cosplayers.
    • No Touching: It is strictly forbidden to touch any cosplayer or their costume without their direct and explicit consent. If you wish to examine a costume detail, politely ask the cosplayer to show it to you.
    • Respect Privacy: If a cosplayer denies a request, immediately respect their decision and do not pursue the interaction.
  • III. Weapons, Props, and Prohibited Items

    Participant safety is paramount. The following items are strictly prohibited on the premises:

    • Functional/Sharp Weapons: Any weapon deemed dangerous, sharp, or functional, including but not limited to sharpened metal blades, functional spikes, live swords, explosives, firearms, and flammable materials.
    • Illegal Substances: The possession or use of illegal narcotics and other intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited.
    • External Alcohol: Bringing personal alcoholic beverages into the Event premises is prohibited.

    A. Prop Policy


    • Weapons and tools that are an integral part of a cosplay costume are permitted only if they are non-functional, blunt, and clearly deemed safe by Expo Gamers Security.
    • Airsoft Weapons: Airsoft weapons are prohibited from being carried or handled by Participants in the general Event area. They are allowed exclusively as exhibition pieces displayed securely at designated vendor booths.
  • IV. Ticketing, Access, and Logistics

    A. Access and Ticketing

    • Entry to the Event premises requires a valid, purchased, won, or assigned entry ticket / wristband.
    • The ticket / wristband must be presented to security personnel upon every entry and should be worn/retained for the entire duration of the Event.
    • Tickets / wristbands are non-transferable.
    • Lost or stolen tickets / wristbands will not be refunded or replaced, except for confirmed program participants.

    B. Venue and Program

    • Smoking is strictly forbidden in all indoor areas of the venue.
    • Unauthorized entry into restricted areas of the building not allocated to Expo Gamers 2026 is strictly prohibited. Elevator use is reserved exclusively for event organizers and persons with disabilities.
    • Participants must vacate the Event premises immediately following the conclusion of the scheduled program each day.
    • With the exception of guide dogs, no other pets or animals are allowed inside the venue.

    C. Promotion and Media


    • Advertising and promotion within the Expo Gamers space is prohibited without prior agreement and authorization from the Organizers (this restriction does not apply to official vendors with pre-booked booths).
    • Social Media: Tagging and utilizing the Expo Gamers hashtag on social media is encouraged and welcome.
  • V. Consequences of Non-Compliance

    Any Participant who violates this Code of Conduct is subject to disciplinary action, including but not limited to:

    • Immediate revocation of their ticket and right to participate.
    • Immediate removal from the venue without refund.
    • Intervention by Expo Gamers Security personnel.

    In the case of physical assault, aggressive behavior, or illegal activity, contact with local law enforcement (police) will be made.

  • VI. Venue Cleanup and Maintenance

    All Participants are requested to assist in maintaining a clean environment:

    • Dispose of all trash, including empty cups and food waste, in the designated waste bins.
    • Cigarette butts must be extinguished and disposed of in designated ashtrays near outdoor waste bins.
    • If a spill occurs, please notify the nearest Expo Gamers volunteer or staff member immediately for assistance with cleanup.
