By accessing and using this Website, you agree to these General Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Website immediately.

  • “Provider” – Rivira d.o.o., based in Rijeka, VAT: HR30513547956, as the Website owner.
  • “User” – Any person who accesses or uses the Website or its Content.
  • “Content” – All published material, including texts, data, images, graphics, databases, and software code.

3. Scope of Use

The Provider grants the User a limited, non-commercial right to access and view the Content for informational purposes related to the Expo Gamers event. Website use does not establish any service contract or legal relationship with the Provider.


4. Intellectual Property and Content Ownership

All Content is the exclusive property of the Provider or its licensors and is protected by Croatian and international intellectual property laws.


Prohibited Exploitation and Theft of Material:

  • Users are strictly prohibited from unauthorized activity concerning the Content. Prohibited activities include:
  • Replication: Copying, reproducing, or disseminating the Content beyond personal viewing.
  • Commercial Use: Using the Content for any commercial purpose or monetary gain without the Provider’s express written consent.

Ticket Sales Terms

2. Ticket Sales Terms via Entrio System

1. Introduction


These ticket sales terms define the rules for purchasing, using, and refunding tickets for events organized by Rivira d.o.o., which are sold through the Entrio system.

By purchasing a ticket through the Entrio platform, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with and accept these terms.


2. Ticket Purchase


Tickets can be purchased exclusively through the Entrio system on the website www.entrio.hr

.

The purchase process includes selecting the event, ticket category, and payment method. After a successful transaction, the buyer receives an electronic ticket via e-mail.


3. Ticket Validity and Transferability


Each ticket contains a unique barcode or QR code that enables entry to the event.

Tickets are not tied to the buyer’s name and may be transferred to another person, unless the organizer explicitly states otherwise for a specific event.

Entry with an already used, damaged, or counterfeit ticket will not be permitted.


4. Prices and Fees


Ticket prices are determined by the organizer and displayed at the time of purchase.

The Entrio system may charge additional processing or transaction fees, which are clearly shown before the payment is confirmed.

All prices include VAT.


5. Payment Methods


Tickets can be paid for by credit or debit card, bank transfer, or other methods supported by the Entrio platform.

In the event of an unsuccessful or incomplete payment, the ticket reservation is automatically cancelled.


6. Ticket Delivery


Tickets are delivered electronically via e-mail or the user’s Entrio account.

The buyer is responsible for keeping the ticket safe and presenting it at the event entrance, either in printed or digital form.


7. Refunds and Exchanges


Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the case of cancellation or a significant change to the event date by the organizer.

In case of cancellation, refunds are processed by Entrio on behalf of the organizer, in accordance with Entrio’s terms and the Consumer Protection Act.

If the event date changes, tickets remain valid for the new date.

If the buyer cannot attend, the ticket may be transferred to another person.


8. Event Cancellation


If an event is cancelled, buyers will be notified via the Entrio system and the organizer’s official channels.

Refunds are issued automatically using the same payment method, unless stated otherwise.


9. Liability


Rivira d.o.o. is solely responsible for organizing and delivering the event. Entrio acts as an intermediary in ticket sales.

The organizer reserves the right to change the program, performers, or schedule without the obligation to issue refunds, provided that the event is held as planned.

2. Voluntarily Provided Data (Via Forms/Email):

  • Contact Forms: Name, email, inquiry details.
  • Press/Indie Dev Forms: Name, email, phone, company, social media/follower counts, project details.
  • Purpose/Basis: To review and process your specific application or request (Contractual Necessity / Steps prior to contract).

B. Data Sharing and Retention

We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is only shared when legally required or necessary for application processing (e.g., security accreditation).


Data is retained only as long as required to fulfill the collection purpose or by law, then securely deleted.
