Depending on where you are coming from, you have several great options. Don't just look at Zagreb; Trieste and Ljubljana are often closer and easier for transfers!
- From the UK:
- London (STN) to Zagreb or Trieste: Ryanair (Daily).
- London (LGW/LTN) to Pula: EasyJet (Tue/Wed/Sat)- usually the best price.
- Manchester to Zagreb or Pula: Ryanair (Mon/Thu/Sat) or Jet2.
- London (LHR) to Rijeka: Eurowings (Saturdays only)- this is the closest airport to the venue.
- From Finland:
- Helsinki to Ljubljana: Finnair (Direct)- very convenient.
- Helsinki to Trieste/Venice: Ryanair, Lufthansa, or KLM.
- From Germany:
- Düsseldorf/Cologne to Pula: Ryanair or ITA Airways (Daily).

How to get to Opatija?
After landing at Airport
Once you land, getting to the seaside is straightforward. You have three main options:
- GoOpti: The most popular choice for our speakers. GoOpti offers shared or private door-to-door shuttles from all the airports directly to your hotel in Opatija.
- Public Bus: From Zagreb Airport take the Pleso Prijevoz shuttle to the main bus station, then a direct bus to Opatija (approx. 3 hours). From Trieste/Pula: Frequent daily lines connect these cities to Opatija (approx. 1.5 hours).
- Car Rental: All airports have standard rental agencies if you prefer to drive the scenic coastal routes yourself.
By car
Opatija is easily accessible by highways from Croatia and neighboring countries. Parking is available at several public parking lots in the city center, including the garage under the venue - sports hall.
